CAVA has quickly become one of mine and Adam‘s favorite restaurants. The delicious Mediterranean food is both flavorful and fast. Simply put, we love anything Mediterranean. And the fact that you can get this type of meal conveniently, makes it even better.
We decided to make our own cava bowls at home to see if we could recreate the flavors. So if you don’t have a CAVA near you, let me tell you, this is the best the next best thing.
With flavors from arugula, herb marinated grilled chicken, tzatziki, tomato and cucumber salad, feta, olives, and a tangy yogurt dill dressing, you will quickly realize you don’t need the restaurant at all when you can make it in your own kitchen.
