Checken Alfredo Bake

I don’t know if I would really consider this a recipe, more like just throw everything together and say a prayer, as such is my life. Anyways, try it out!

Ingredients

12oz chicken (raw weight)

8oz Banza penne chickpea pasta

300g Classico Four Cheese Alfredo sauce

3 cups baby spinach

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Toppings:

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Parmesan (optional)

Directions

Start by cooking all of your chicken. I grill mine outside at 400F for 12 minutes per side.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook your pasta until aldente (about 8 minutes)

Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to a large bowl along with the chopped chicken, sauce, salt, and spinach. Stir .

Pour mixture into a prepared 9×13 pan.

Top with freshly cracked black pepper, chili flakes and parmesan (if you choose).

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes covered. I removed the foil and broiled for the last 5 minutes.
