Chipotle Cheddar Stuffed Turkey Burgers

Yeah buddy.

I get asked all the time what my favorite recipe to date is. Honestly, its a tough decision, but I would ranked these chipotle cheddar stuffed turkey burgers on up there.

Did I lose you at turkey burger? Stay with me. These burgers are LOADED with flavor from chipotles in adobo sauce, cumin, and fresh cilantro. With flavors this loud, you will have no idea you are eating turkey, trust me.

Are they spicy? Eh, I’d say 6/10 on the spice wheel.

Do you have to stuff them? No. I make these weekly and sometimes I just throw the cheese right on top.

Either way, this is a recipe for the books!
