A zesty blend of greek yogurt, red onion, garlic, cucumbers, lemon and herbs makes this your new favorite sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams nonfat greek yogurt I use Fage 0
  • 3 ounces (84 grams) fat free feta cheese
  • 35 grams red onion diced
  • 90 grams cucumber shredded
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2-3 tbs fresh dill chopped
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ingredients into a bowl and serve!

Notes

Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
