During this 8-week program, starting Jan 1, I’ll take you through the process of fat loss while teaching you evidence based information on your health. You don’t have to be a macro wiz, an athlete, or a fitness guru to join. I’m looking for real, everyday people who want real results and are going to put in the effort to achieve their goals. Simply show up, follow my lead, and you’ll be ready to confidently conquer your goals.

  2. Custom macros based on your goals sent to you after completion of a questionnaire.
  3. Detailed ebook explaining the ins-and-outs of macros and biofeedback. 
  4. Access to 6 virtual group coaching sessions.
  5. Weekly self assessments to evaluate and learn from your progress and biofeedback.
  6. Evidence based article and study evaluations to help you learn the science of recommendations.
  7. Daily accountability posts.
  8. Access to a group Facebook page to connect with community, ask questions and support your goals (this is required for coaching).
