Group Coaching 5/15

During this 6-week program, starting on 5/15, I’ll take you through the process of fat loss while teaching you evidence based information on your health. You don’t have to be a macro wiz, an athlete, or a fitness guru to join. I’m looking for real, everyday people who want real results and are going to put in the effort to achieve their goals. Simply show up, follow my lead, and you’ll be ready to confidently conquer your dreams.

You must have Facebook to join group coaching as a majority of the group is run on the Facebook page.

5. Access to 5 LIVE virtual group coaching sessions on Zoom.
