For those seeking personalized nutrition guidance and progress accountability with weekly check-ins via email for 4 weeks. This is for those who already have a workout and training program and are familiar with tracking macros. We will be building calories each week to increase metabolic function and improve biofeedback.

Nutrition guidance and personalized macro and macro breakdown options
Reverse manual explaining the fundamentals of reversing
Progress tracking using photos, measurements, and weight with macro adjustments based on progress (assessed every week in a personalized check in)
Weekly access to scheduled zoom calls
Weekly check-ins with educational studies, information, and tips for self monitoring and personal growth
Familiarity with macros, tracking, weighing and logging food is encouraged
You choose your start date, but it is final once we discuss it
