For those seeking personalized nutrition guidance and progress accountability with weekly check-ins via email for 4 weeks. This is for those who already have a workout and training program and are familiar with tracking macros. We will be building calories each week to increase metabolic function and improve biofeedback. Option to re-sign every 4 weeks.

 

Who is it for?

  • Someone who has finished a deficit and wants to start increasing calories and reignite any metabolic slowing that happened during your fat loss period (this happens naturally as we lower intake). 
  • Someone who has had minimal results with the previous fat loss targets due to prolonged periods of low caloric intake.
  • Someone looking to build muscle and strength by increasing intake to maintenance to optimize performance.  

What is included?

  • Nutrition guidance and personalized macro and macro breakdown options

  • Reverse manual explaining the fundamentals of reversing

  • Progress tracking using photos, measurements, and weight with macro adjustments based on progress (assessed every week in a personalized check in)

  • Weekly check-ins with educational studies, information, and tips for self monitoring and personal growth

  • Helpful handouts and resources to ensure better understanding of fiber and meal balancing
  • Familiarity with macros, tracking, weighing and logging food is encouraged

  • You choose your start date, but it is final once we discuss it

Packages expire after 8 weeks if you do not set a start date.
