One of the recipes in my cookbook, but revamped and darn I say even better?

Teriyaki Salmon

  • 2, 4 oz salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

Harissa Mayo

  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp harissa
  • 1/2 lime juiced



  • Combine the ingredients into a bowl and add the salmon. Let marinade for at least 15 minutes .
  • Spray a pan over medium heat with non stick cooking spray. Add the salmon and the marinade.
  • Use a rubber spatula to keep moving the marinade and keep topping the salmon with it. Flip salmon about 4-6 mins and continue to coat. Cook for a total of 8-12 minutes.

Spicy Mayo

  • Combine the ingredients into a bowl.
