One of the recipes in my cookbook, but revamped and darn I say even better?
- 2, 4 oz salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp harissa
- 1/2 lime juiced
- Combine the ingredients into a bowl and add the salmon. Let marinade for at least 15 minutes .
- Spray a pan over medium heat with non stick cooking spray. Add the salmon and the marinade.
- Use a rubber spatula to keep moving the marinade and keep topping the salmon with it. Flip salmon about 4-6 mins and continue to coat. Cook for a total of 8-12 minutes.
- Combine the ingredients into a bowl.
