If I have learned one thing from being a food blogger, its that y’all love pasta.
Ingredients
224 grams, rotini (dry weight)
16 oz, chicken breast (raw weight)
2 cloves garlic
5 oz, mozzarella pearls
80 gram, sun dried tomatoes julienne cut with Italian herbs packed in oil (must be in oil, you will will in include the oil)
1 tablespoon, Italian herb paste (I find this at Walmart by the fresh herbs)
2 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Start by cooking your chicken breasts seasoned with the minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook throughly and allow to rest before dicing.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt it and add the pasta. Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
Rinse and drain pasta.
Combine the chopped chicken, pasta and remaining ingredients into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Serve warm or cold.
