16 oz 93/7 ground turkey
1 cup cooked rice (measured after its cooked)
100g white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbs sf maple syrup (macros are for a sugar free but use whatever you prefer)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350f.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, rice, eggs, onion, garlic and s&p until mixed.
Place into a pan (I used a bread loaf pan) sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, add the ingredients for the topping until combined. Pour the mixture on top of the loaf.
Bake for 45 minutes.
